This role is based in the London office and the Compliance Associate will work alongside senior management in a varying and exciting work environments.
Responsibilities
- perform daily Compliance Monitoring work, following a plan.
- review systems and controls, covering conduct and business risks
- work directly with senior stakeholders and with clients
- carry out file reviews and specific projects within compliance
- draft monitoring reports
- undertake monitoring reviews and investigate breaches
Skills & Qualifications
- A-Level and Batchelors degree prefered but not essential
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- 3 years' experience within an FCA regulated services firm, covering Compliance
- Client facing and communication skills
- Brilliant Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company environment.
