Responsibilities
Responsible for providing corporate services in a multi-jurisdictional environment, e.g. BVI, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, Samoa and directly report to the Managing Director
Managing day to day operations, a portfolio of client companies and involved in extensive client contact by advising clients on corporate-related and due diligence matters for overseas companies to ensure compliance with legislation
Responsible for preparing business proposals and bringing in potential clients
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & also developing quotes and proposals for clients
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Providing training to team members about legislation updates and technical issues
Training and managing team members develop their skills, developing goals for the team, business growth and ensuring they are met
Experienced in managing team of minimum 10-20 people
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in corporate service-related practices
Recognised university degree, ICSA / HKICS qualified is required
Strong knowledge of statutory requirements for Hong Kong and offshore companies
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills
