Currently teamed up with a growing Regional Bank that is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to add to their expanding Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. The Relationship Manager will be a part of a lean team and get a healthy dose of business development and origination as well as portfolio maintenance of existing clients. By nature, this is a small, close knit team who thrive off of a great culture and a cultivating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage integrated sales and relationship programs for business clients
- Manage plans, budgets and financials
- Provide mentoring to junior bankers
- Perform overview credit analysis and evaluate capital structures, company fundamentals and industry trends along with the portfolio banker/portfolio manager
- Maintain frequent interaction with centers of influence diverse industry segments, community leaders, regulators, and business contacts.
- Ability to originate new business and work in a sales oriented environment
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending and products
- Positive attitude/can-do approach
- Some knowledge of credit products, is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly
- Minimum 7 years commercial lending experience
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is preferred
