Job Responsibilities
- Act as the manager-in-charge (MIC) of Compliance, develop, maintain and review Legal & Compliance framework to ensure the company continually understands and meets the Hong Kong legal and regulatory requirements.
- Setting up compliance standards, policies, procedures and strategy for the local legal and regulatory requirements as well as group policies.
- Monitor across all business lines the implementation of and compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures, on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirement
- 15+ years of working experience in Legal and Compliance space in SFC licensed cooperation
- Able to talk to senior stakeholders in the team in a professional manner
- Fluent Mandarin is a must
