One of the largest Private Banking institutions in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Chief Compliance Officer. As the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for building substantial relationships with the different branches globally. You will be leading and managing the compliance team on topics such as, AML, KYC, Regulatory and Governance monitoring.
As a Chief Compliance Officer, you will be:
*Leading a team of 8 compliance professionals
*First point of contact resolving compliance and AML issues
*Managing new client's acceptation
*Overseeing all internal departments regarding compliance matters
*Delegated to implement new compliance regulations
*Implementing training for the staff regarding regulatory and group compliance
*Keeping up to date on performing MIFID 2, MAR and EMIR
*Reporting intensively to the management board regarding compliance and regulations
As a Chief Compliance Officer, you should have:
*Strong understanding of CSSF regulations and MIFID
*Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Private Bank
*Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
*Strong management skills with a minimum of 7 years' experience
*Hands on mentality
*Ability to work on an international scope
