Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and reviews of IHC and subsidiaries Fixed Form filings for CCAR
- Process form filings to the Federal Reserve Bank
- Essential data quality management skills while completing governance and attestation processes.
- Oversee data interaction and execute internal controls over Federal Reserve forms including control evidence, maintenance of procedures and change management
- Collaborate in reviews performed by the Internal Audit and Governance Controls teams as well as reviews by the Federal Reserve Bank.
- Assist in the preparation of information for senior management reviews
Qualifications:
- 5 years relevant work experience with a banking firm
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
- Experience preparing and submitting federal reports (i.e., FY Y-14A, FR Y-14Q, and FR Y-14M, etc.)
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Experience with investment banking products including complex investments as well as regulatory systems architecture
