Responsibilities:
- Performance Management of the Team
- Handling employee headcount and on boarding of staff from time to time
- Being the point of contact for the team, dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking of business financials, including budgeting and accounting
- Work with the Technology team to also assist in implementing systems and troubleshooting
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity
- University degree
- Prior experience working in a Bank is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A very hands on person who can add value to the business
- Must be fluent in English, Chinese is desired
