Associate Qualifications:
- JD, Top-Ranked Law School
- 2-7 year Associate experience at a well-established Law Firm
- Experience in Leverage Finance and Leverage Lending required
- Generalist banking law experience in Private Equity Sponsorship, Corporate Deals on Borrower and Lender side, Restructuring Deals, Complex Transactions and High Yield a plus
- Proven ability to handle senior deal management responsibility including: Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Documentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively and efficiently work with clientele
- Dynamic, engaging, positive and solution driven
