Responsibilities
- Manage relationship and account plan for global corporate and institutional clients
- Lead regular client review for Global Custodian services including but not limited to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle office, Trustee services and further identify sale opportunities
- Conduct client satisfaction survey and analyze service quality, product development, vendor enhancement and competitor offerings
- Participate in client's dedicated change management team to evaluate, plan and implement client's new product initiatives
- Perform due diligence, client questionnaires, KYC for client onboarding and ongoing servicing
- Act as escalation point for clients and coordinate with client management team on client retention and servicing
Requirements
- 5+ years of client management experience
- Ideally with a fund administration/fund accounting/fund operations background
- Previous exposures to client management would be an asset
- Ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be favourable
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders is a must
