A leading independent private capital advisory firm is seeking a Vice President to join its Project Management team in London. With a global footprint and a reputation for excellence, the firm has advised on over $60 billion in capital raised across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. Known for its strategic, knowledge-based approach, the firm delivers bespoke fundraising solutions including traditional fundraises, managed accounts, joint ventures, and direct placements.

Role Responsibilities
You will play a central role in the execution of fundraising mandates, working closely with both clients and internal distribution teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the preparation of marketing and due diligence materials (e.g., PPMs, presentations, DDQs)
- Managing investor communications and updates throughout the fundraising lifecycle
- Supporting clients in responding to RfPs and investor due diligence requests
- Ensuring compliance with fund regulations across EU jurisdictions
- Conducting due diligence on prospective clients and supporting onboarding processes
- Collaborating on new business development initiatives, including sector analysis and target identification
- Contributing to investor research and, over time, participating in outreach efforts
- Maintaining internal project tracking and monitoring systems
Role Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investor relations, project management in private markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with regular interaction and relationship management
- Willingness to complete CISI qualifications (CF30 equivalent)
- A genuine interest in alternative investments and private capital markets
