VP, Credit Analyst - Data Centers
A Foreign Investment Bank with a leading Project Finance portfolio is seeking a Vice President to join their Credit Risk function. The role involves credit analysis and risk assessment across Data Center transactions. The successful candidate will own the Credit process from underwriting through portfolio monitoring, operating closely with the business / front office team, and exercising credit approvals and recommendation for approval. This position offers high visibility, the opportunity to influence credit quality, policy, and risk appetite, and have exposure to a leading Data Center portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Credit analysis of Project Finance transactions including Data Centers and corporate financing to Data Center developers
- Provide approval or recommendation for approval based on the proposed transaction in consideration
- Continuous monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio. Conduct quarterly and annual reviews
Requirements:
- 5+ years Credit experience with a focus in Project Finance and Data Center financings
- Strong analytical and solid judgment skills with the ability to understand complex transactions
- Hands on exposure to validating Obligor Risk Ratings, Basel IV parameters (LGD), and other financial metrics
