TITLE: Strategic Finance Associate
LOCATION: NYC (hybrid)
COMP: $100-130k Base + 10 to 15% Bonus
Summary
Currently representing a Mid-Market PE firm that specializes in providing travel services to their clients and has had strong growth over the past 2 years. They are searching for a Strategic Finance Associate to work directly with the Head of Finance to provide strategic, data driven insight in regards to financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for the firm to evaluate financial patters
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for all sectors and business units
- Manage the firm's ongoing forecast
- Presenting financial reports to senior leadership
- Provide ongoing data driven insights into new opportunities
- Monthly and quarterly reporting for both internal internal and external parties, with the controller
Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to articulate financial data and present to senior leadership and clients
- Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Experience within Investment Banking, FP&A, or Finance (open to multiple industeries)
- 3-7 years of experience across Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance functions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field strongly preferred
- CPA or CFA ideal
