■ポジション概要
海外拠点事務業務を担っていただけるスタッフを募集しています。
※現地採用または駐在員待遇のいずれも検討可、まずはシンガポール側の人事担当者との一次面接にてご相談いただける予定です。
■業務内容（拠点事務とは）
海外拠点における事務業務全般を担当いただきます。具体的には以下のような業務が含まれます：
・経理・財務サポート：請求書処理、支払管理、月次報告の取りまとめ
・総務業務：備品管理、オフィス環境整備、現地スタッフとの連携
・人事関連業務：勤怠管理、給与データの取りまとめ、日本本社との連絡調整
・契約書・文書管理：契約書の作成・管理、社内文書の翻訳・整理
・ビザ・労務関連サポート：現地でのビザ申請や労務手続きの補助
・日本本社との連携業務：報告書作成、会議資料の準備、出張者対応など
※業務内容は拠点の規模や体制に応じて柔軟に調整されます
■応募要件
・建設関連業界にて、日本または海外拠点での関連業務のご経験が3年程度以上ある方
・日本語がビジネスまたはネイティブレベルの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションのため）
・英語での基本的な読み書き・会話が可能な方（TOEIC700以上程度が目安）
・長期的な海外勤務に意欲がある方
■雇用形態・待遇
雇用形態：現地採用または駐在員待遇（応相談）
勤務地：シンガポールまたは香港（希望・適性に応じて決定）、その他海外も相談可能
給与：経験・スキルに応じて決定
