Senior Specialist, Robotics Process Automation

This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering automation solutions for finance operations. You'll work closely with finance stakeholders to identify opportunities, build secure and scalable bots using Blue Prism and Power Platform, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives.
The role is ideal for someone with deep RPA experience, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for solving complex business problems through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
- Design and deliver end-to-end RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Platform
- Ensure automation projects meet security and compliance standards
- Contribute to AI and efficiency-driven initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks and optimize bot utilization
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance and tech teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in RPA, including 5+ years with Blue Prism and Power Platform
- Proven track record of delivering at least 10 automation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience integrating Blue Prism and Power Automate with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Python
- Exposure to Gen AI and LLM technologies, ideally applied within finance systems
- Familiarity with finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC)
- Bonus: Experience with OCR tools (Rossum), process mining (Celonis), Alteryx, Gen AI, and full-stack development
