Your Responsibilities
- Accounting: Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify incoming payments, process outstanding items, and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial data.
- Cash Management: Prepare payment runs, monitor liquidity, optimize payment flows, coordinate payment schedules, and manage bank accounts.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, resolve queries, support tax-related communication, and ensure smooth internal information flow.
- Monthly Reporting: Assist with periodic financial reporting and analysis, prepare business reports, and monitor financial developments.
- Process Optimization: Document and analyze existing financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate measures to digitize accounting. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to implement efficient and scalable solutions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (e.g., Bachelor in Finance & Control) or equivalent commercial qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, numerical aptitude, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with common accounting software.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
