Remote HFT Crypto Senior Trader/Portfolio Manager
A proprietary trading firm is expanding its digital assets business and is looking for a Crypto Quantitative Portfolio Manager to deploy an HFT strategy. The firm is already operating in the MFT space and is now looking to expand its footprint in the high‑frequency space The team is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to work remotely.
What You'll Do
- Run your own HFT or mid‑frequency crypto portfolio with full ownership of research, modelling, execution, and risk.
- Design and deploy systematic, alpha‑driven trading strategies across major CEXs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and developers to build ultra‑low‑latency infrastructure, smart order routing, and exchange connectivity.
- Optimise execution quality, including slippage and fill ratios, using advanced microstructure and order book modelling.
Profile Requirements
- A proven track record of PnL running HFT strategies in crypto or traditional markets (Sharpe > 2).
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, latency‑sensitive execution, and order book dynamics.
- Strong technical background in C++ / Rust / Python for research and strategy implementation.
- Experience executing strategies across multiple crypto exchanges.
