About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with quantitative researchers and trading teams to design and build robust, scalable, and efficient trading platforms that enable rapid business iteration and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and product trading teams to develop stable, general-purpose, and high-performance online trading systems.
- Apply best practices in designing and implementing multi-strategy trading platforms and research tools.
- Continuously enhance system reliability and strategy iteration efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
- Support strategy implementation by providing data and technical solutions, improving prototype performance, and integrating with live trading systems.
- Build and maintain research platforms, including foundational code libraries and automation for system operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier university; advanced degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, or Engineering are a plus.
- Strong programming skills in C++ (C++11 or above) and Python, with solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale, complex online systems; familiarity with Kubernetes deployment paradigms is preferred.
- Excellent system design capabilities and judgement, with hands-on experience in mission-critical systems.
- Understanding of distributed computing principles and machine learning platforms is a plus.
- Passion for coding, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn and iterate quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
