Position Overview
Our client is a market-leading direct lender and private credit asset manager known for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to delivering strong outcomes for investors through disciplined investment processes and innovative product offerings. With a global investor base and a focus on long-term partnership development, the organization continues to expand its product capabilities to meet the evolving needs of institutional and private wealth clients.
This opportunity sits within the firm's product group that is focused on the development, management, and commercialization of the firm's investment offerings. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the team helps drive strategic initiatives, supports product launches and enhancements, and serves as a key resource on product-related matters. The role offers significant exposure across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape the firm's growth and investor experience.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team's sales efforts by creating investor marketing materials like product pitchbooks, performance updates, and internal communications
  • Coordinating with internal product teams to ensure materials meet firm requirements
  • Analyzing data to create new narratives that align with messaging across the firm
  • Taking part in internal fundraising and marketing projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product/materials or investor relations seat at an asset manager
  • Strong understanding of fixed income or private debt
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated first year salary: Senior Associate - $140,000-$160,000, Associate $110,000-$135,000
  • Competitive bonus package
  • Hybrid work schedule
