Manager, ALM & Analytics
Selby Jennings is partnered with a leading financial services firm in Dallas that is looking to bring on a Manager, ALM & Analytics to serve as a key member of their Treasury team. This seat provides a lot of exposure across the function & will play a critical role working on ALM, Liquidity Risk Analytics + Cash Flow modeling, and Funds Transfer Pricing. Responsibilities
- Oversee the enterprise ALM framework, ensuring data accuracy, reliability of model outputs, and contingency planning for system-related risks. Develop and maintain advanced interest rate risk models-including gap analysis, earnings sensitivity, economic value assessments, and stochastic simulations-for internal and group-level reporting.
- Design and refine methodologies for liquidity forecasting and funding strategy development. Build real-time analytics and stress testing scenarios aligned with internal governance and external stakeholder expectations to safeguard liquidity under varying market conditions.
- Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing models across product lines. Establish best practices and collaborate with global affiliates to ensure consistency and transparency in pricing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in financial risk, treasury operations, or capital markets
- Hands-on experience with financial risk platforms such as Empyrean, Bancware, or similar
- Strong background in ALM and liquidity risk management within a large, global financial institution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced modeling skills and proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance/Accounting, Financial Engineering) prefered
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA or Python preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent preferred
