A leading M&A Advisory firm is seeking a talented and driven M&A Associate to join its Specialty Finance & Banks team in London. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst or Associate, you will:
- Play a central role in executing M&A transactions
- Build and oversee complex financial models and analyses
- Prepare valuation assessments and pricing strategies
- Create pitch materials, CIMs, and management presentations
- Lead due diligence and industry research efforts
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
- Engage directly with clients and help build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- 4+ years of M&A execution experience or 4+ years in finance/accounting
- Experience in financial services advisory
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and communication skills
- Strong client management and teamwork capabilities
