- Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung verschiedener kommerzieller Verträge.
- Rechtliche Unterstützung bei streitigen Verfahren und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften.
- Beratung interner Stakeholder zu vertraglichen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams in ganz Europa zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsinitiativen.
- Volljurist/in mit 0-4 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Handelsrecht und Litigation.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung.
- Kommunikationsstärke und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
