本ポジションでは、シンガポール国内の様々な日系企業のITインフラ環境を支え、クライアントのビジネス継続を技術面からリードしていただきます。
クライアントには上場企業や大手企業も多数。日本語と英語の両方を活かしながら、やりがいのある業務に取り組める環境です。
■ポジション概要
職種：ITインフラエンジニア（チームリード）
勤務地：シンガポール中心部
給与目安：月SGD5,000〜6,000（日本円換算 約55万〜65万円）＋AWS（Annual Wage Supplement）＋年2回のボーナス
■主な業務内容
PC導入・セットアップ・管理
ネットワークインフラの保守・運用（LAN/WAN、VPNなど）
Microsoft 365の導入・運用・管理
クラウド環境やセキュリティ対策の提案・実装
ローカル社員（現地スタッフ）のマネジメント・業務指導
クライアントとの折衝（日本語・英語）
■人物像
ITインフラ領域での実務経験（3年以上）
Windows Server、ネットワーク、クラウド環境などの知識
Microsoft 365やPCセットアップの経験
チームマネジメント経験（またはリーダーシップを発揮した経験）
日本語：ビジネスレベル（お客様とのやりとりのため）
英語：日常会話レベル（社内外のベンダー対応あり）
