Position Overview -
The firm is looking for a professional with experience in product support, management and strategy to join the private credit team. This is a Boston-based role, and a great fit for someone who enjoys working across departments, helping to shape investor communications, and support the fundraising efforts. You'll be a part of a fast-moving environment where clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities -
- Create and updated investor materials; presentations, fund updates, and data room content
- Write commentary on fund performance and market trends
- Work closely with distribution and investment teams to support fundraising and client engagement
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry developments relevant to private credit
- Assist in planning and executing investor meetings, roadshows, and related logistics
- Collaborate across legal, compliance, operations, and investment teams to ensure everything is aligned and accurate
Qualifications -
- A bachelor's degree from a respected institution
- 3-5 years of experience in product specialist roles from a private credit firm
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- A solid grasp on financial statements and investment concepts
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player who is proactive and detail oriented, and is comfortable also working independently
