Our client is a leading Middle Market Investment Bank seeking an experienced and driven Investment Banking Vice President to join their dynamic and growing Healthcare team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leadership role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to international markets and high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments within the healthcare sector.
  • Drive client relationships, manage deal teams, and ensure seamless execution across all phases of transactions.
  • Oversee financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research, ensuring accuracy and strategic insight.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Manage due diligence processes, negotiate key transaction terms, and coordinate with legal and accounting advisors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-border teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Mentor and develop Associates and Analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and team growth.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of direct investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Healthcare.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
