Role Responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial fundraising and investor relations team. You will work closely with senior leadership to support capital raising efforts and manage investor relationships across private markets strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting fundraising campaigns across private equity and real estate vehicles.
  • Managing investor communications, due diligence processes, and data rooms.
  • Assisting with fund marketing materials, pitch decks, and RFPs.
  • Engaging with European institutional investors and family offices.
  • Contributing to middle-office operations, including CRM management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Role Requirements

We are looking for a driven and adaptable professional with a strong foundation in private markets and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in fundraising, investor relations, or private markets advisory.
  • Strong product knowledge around private equity and real estate.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to engage in both strategic and operational tasks.
  • A genuine interest in impact investing and sustainable finance.
