FP&A Director / Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, is seeking an FP&A leader to drive financial planning, strategic analysis, and executive decision support. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with senior leadership and helping shape the company's growth strategy.
This opportunity is approximately 70% hands-on individual contributor and 30% team leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building models, analyzing data, and influencing key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth planning
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
- Support board and investor presentations
- Mentor junior team members while remaining highly involved in the day-to-day analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
- Background in technology, SaaS, healthcare technology, or investment banking strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
