Role Responsibilities
- Originate and develop relationships with Italian institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations).
- Drive fundraising efforts across private market strategies, including private equity and private debt.
- Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in Italy and Europe.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm's presence in the Italian market.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in institutional sales focused on public and/or private markets.
- Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors.
- Strong network of Italian pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
- Deep understanding of private market strategies, fund structures, and investor expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Italian language fluency and cultural familiarity; must be London-based and eligible to work in the UK.
