They are building a new investment model for GPU clusters - the backbone of AI compute - creating an opportunity for investors to directly own and monetize the infrastructure powering the AI revolution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute structured transactions for GPU cluster investments
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, funds, and family offices
- Design and negotiate investment structures that maximize returns while mitigating risk
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-6+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking (TMT or digital infrastructure), private equity, or related fields
- Strong understanding of deal structuring and financial modeling
- Ability to navigate technical conversations around digital infrastructure and GPUs
- Existing network in the space is a plus, but entrepreneurial drive and hustle are essential
- Comfortable in a startup environment - problem solver, self starter, and relationship builder
