Quantitative Developer Role

Locations - London/Dubai

A large global hedge fund are looking for a Quantitative Developer to join their dynamic team. Be part of a global fund that is renowned for combining research with innovative technology to generate sustainable returns across diverse markets. The role will give you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise whilst also acting as an advisor to PMs, guiding them on how to leverage the technology platform effectively and providing solutions to a range of challenges. You will work closely with different researchers, engineers, and trading teams to enhance existing tools, optimise workflows, and contribute to the development of new analytics that help to support data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent coding in Python
  • Building the Python framework
  • Creating tools and dashboards for Traders
  • Consult on business-specific problems
  • Collaborating with Quantitative Researchers

Qualifications

  • Degree in a quantitative field e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Financial Engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • 1+ years of experience within industry
