Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making systems.
- Research and explore advanced model architectures and algorithms to continuously improve model performance and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth studies of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning, and apply or innovate algorithms based on project requirements.
- Design and execute experiments to validate the effectiveness of models and algorithms, using appropriate evaluation metrics to drive optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning by regularly reviewing academic literature and evaluating emerging technologies for business applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university. Master's degree or PhD preferred.
- Strong proficiency in mainstream machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals and coding best practices.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, including linear regression, neural networks, and related concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and passion for cutting-edge AI technologies.
