Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with international brokers, exchanges, market data providers, and infrastructure vendors to address evolving technical and connectivity requirements
- Collaborate with internal engineering, trading, and operations teams to ensure seamless trading continuity amid software upgrades, exchange changes, and system optimizations
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, including timeline estimation, resource planning, and risk identification
- Negotiate commercial terms with telco and data vendors to support internal infrastructure needs
- Explore and evaluate new opportunities to develop ultra-low latency trading systems and related infrastructure
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronic Engineering
- 1-8 years of experience in low-latency trading infrastructure, preferably within cash equities or derivatives
- Prior hands-on experience as a system developer using C++ or Python in a trading or financial technology environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage across technical and business domains
- Excellent coordination, teamwork, and project management skills
