A leading global investment firm-known for its elite engineering culture, cutting-edge technology, and high-performance environment-is hiring within its Treasury Technology team, a critical function responsible for funding trading activity, managing liquidity, and optimizing capital across the business.
This is a front-office engineering role with direct exposure to trading desks and measurable impact on P&L-distinct from traditional post-trade or back-office positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build systems to optimize financing and liquidity decisions
- Develop pre-trade analytics and decision-support tools
- Automate execution workflows (e.g., repo, stock borrow)
- Design real-time risk, monitoring, and reporting platforms
- Partner closely with Treasury and trading teams to deliver business-critical solutions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Proven quantitative problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Exposure to treasury, funding, or trading systems is a plus
