- Continuously evaluate trade performance and adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in macro trading, preferably with a focus on G10 markets and derivatives.
- Demonstrated ability to take risk and generate returns in a discretionary trading environment.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic indicators, central bank policy, and global market dynamics.
- Proficiency in options pricing and structuring is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
