Executive Assitant
We are partnering with a leading invest management firm to identify an experienced administrative professional who can provide seamless support to a high‑performing investment team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, allowing the investment professionals to focus on driving performance. 💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for team members.
- Manage calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings, calls, and events.
- Act as the communication point with brokers, corporates, and various business partners on behalf of the team.
- Prepare and submit expense claims and monthly expense summaries, with occasional support on finance‑related admin tasks.
- Assist in drafting and formatting documents and presentations using Word and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative colleagues to coordinate workloads and provide coverage when required.
- Manage reception responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling calls.
- Provide general office support such as helping with event arrangements, meeting refreshments, and other ad‑hoc operational needs.
- Step in to support basic office/facilities duties when the Office Manager is away.
📚 Experience & Skills Required
- At least 5 years of administrative or operational experience within the financial industry. Exposure to investment management or equity‑related teams will be highly regarded.
- Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, along with the ability to read and type in Chinese.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
