What you'll do:
- Architect, build, and tune ultra-low-latency infrastructure across global data centers.
- Lead automation, monitoring, and reliability projects for mission-critical trading systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues - seconds matter, and so do you.
- Collaborate with elite traders, developers, and vendors to deliver next-level solutions.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
What you bring:
- 3+ years in HFT, proprietary trading, or high-performance environments.
- Deep Linux systems and networking expertise (TCP/IP, multicast, routing, switching).
- Mastery of hardware performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Advanced scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and cloud/hybrid infra.
- Bonus: Experience with ultra-low-latency networking, FPGA/NIC tuning, kernel optimization.
- Security-first mindset.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
