Manager Private Asset Controlling
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial structure of assigned assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Manage financial operations including income and expense tracking, cash flow planning, and budget forecasting.
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to optimize asset performance.
- Establish and maintain a structured master data management framework for all assigned assets.
- Develop a comprehensive reporting system to monitor asset performance and deliver insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and strategic opportunities, and present findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders-such as investors, auditors, legal teams, and financial institutions-to enhance asset value and ensure compliance.
- Manage asset documentation requests and ensure accurate record-keeping within the document management system.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in asset management, financial management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and tools (e.g., Excel, financial management software).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
