Manager Private Asset Controlling

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial structure of assigned assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Manage financial operations including income and expense tracking, cash flow planning, and budget forecasting.
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to optimize asset performance.
  • Establish and maintain a structured master data management framework for all assigned assets.
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting system to monitor asset performance and deliver insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and strategic opportunities, and present findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders-such as investors, auditors, legal teams, and financial institutions-to enhance asset value and ensure compliance.
  • Manage asset documentation requests and ensure accurate record-keeping within the document management system.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in asset management, financial management, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and tools (e.g., Excel, financial management software).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
