The Chief Accounting Officer will lead all aspects of financial operations for a global organization. Chief Accounting Officer Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and development.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Manage risk, tax planning, and drive cost optimization.
- Represent company to investors and supervise finance teams.
Chief Accounting Officer Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years executive leadership within Clinical Research, Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals.
- CPA or equivalent.
- Experience with fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations.
