财务经理-PE
主要职责
l 负责投资业务的全周期会计核算与账务处理，包括投资成本入账、估值调整、投资收益确认等，核算逻辑参照基金会计准则
l 跟踪投资项目交易结构，按业务实质进行会计判断与科目设置
l 负责部门及所涉主体的总账、明细账登记，以及月末对账、结账、关账工作
l 编制部门财务报表及相关管理报表，确保数据准确、口径一致
l 负责部门内部财务系统的日常运维与数据治理
l 根据业务需求提出系统优化方案，主导或参与系统功能升级、流程自动化、数据可视化等项目
l 持续提升财务数据采集、处理、呈现的自动化水平，提升团队整体财务分析效率
l 支持部门管理、对外重要会议等事项的财务准备工作
l 完成领导交办的其他工作
任职资格要求
l 重点高校本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融等相关专业
l 5-8 年财务会计工作经验，具备基金（PE / VC / CVC）、战略投资部门或资产管理机
构的会计核算经验
l 扎实的财务会计基础，熟悉基金财务运作、基金估值方法及投后财务管理体系
l 具备财务系统（如 Oracle / SAP / 用友 / 金蝶等）使用或项目实施经验，主导过财务系
统实施或升级项目者优先
l 持有 CPA / ACCA 等财会专业资格证书者优先
l 能独立完成财务分析报告撰写，逻辑清晰、结构严谨、表达专业
l 中英文均可作为工作语言，具备良好的书面与口头沟通能力
l 逻辑清晰，结构化思维能力强，责任心强、工作细致、对数字敏感
l 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，学习能力强、自我驱动，能在较快的工作节奏中独立推进多项工作
