A leading specialty insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive growth and agency development across key territories. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on expanding market presence, managing distribution relationships, and shaping regional sales strategy within the crop insurance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales efforts and agency engagement across assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable growth
- Support agency onboarding, training, and performance management
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver value to clients
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and producer meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in crop insurance sales or distribution
- Strong understanding of agency operations and territory management
- Proven track record of driving growth and building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working remotely with regular travel across the region
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain)
