Quant Trader- Single Stock Options
- Manage and trade a European single stock options book across multiple exchanges
- Develop, implement, and refine trading strategies through data-driven analysis
- Execute disciplined risk management in line with regulatory and internal frameworks
- Collaborate with quant developers and analysts to enhance pricing models and execution
- Improve trading performance through a combination of systematic approaches and market expertise
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the options trading desk
- Minimum 3+ years' experience trading European single stock options in a market-making capacity
- Demonstrated track record of consistent P&L generation and market share growth
- Strong understanding of European equity options market structure
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience or interest in systematic and automated trading strategies
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Programming experience (Python, C++, or similar) is advantageous
