Firm Overview: We are currently working with a high performing, growth oriented middle market investment bank based in Dallas, TX looking to add an Associate to their active deal team! This firm has been around for 25 years and has established an incredible market reputation resulting in a consistently robust M&A pipeline. As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an Associate to assist in completing active deals and contribute to the overall growth of the firm. This Associate will have the unique opportunity to play a key part in the expansion of the firm, interact closely with clients, directly collaborate with senior leaders at the firm, and experience a streamlined pathway for career advancement and upward mobility.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Building financial models and completing financial due diligence
- Creating a presenting pitch decks and marketing materials
- Leading deal execution alongside senior leaders
- Training and mentoring juniors
- Interacting with new and existing clients
- Working across different live transactions across a variety of industry sectors
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience
- A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently located or open to relocating to Dallas, TX
