Sr. Auditor

Currently representing an expanding global commodity trading company- specializing in oil & gas. This firm is in search of a Sr. Auditor in the Beverly Hills area. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of the firms financial operations.

LOC - Beverly Hills (On-Site)

COMP - $75-115k

Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning & Execution
• Executing audits of financial statements, operations, and internal controls
• Develop comprehensive audit plans that align with business objectives and address key financial and operational risks.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Identify and mitigate risk within accounting practices and operational procedures
• Perform risk-based audits
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
• Articulate findings to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• International controls and best practices implementation skills.
• Proficiency in compliance and auditing standards, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Written skills for report preparation and recommendation delivery.
• Operational Audit/process evaluation skills.
