The firm invests across real estate, infrastructure, and credit, with a strong track record in sectors such as housing, healthcare, student accommodation, and hospitality. The platform includes multiple fund strategies across North America and Europe, including opportunistic, core, and private debt vehicles, as well as co-investments and SMAs.
Role Overview
This newly created role will support the firm's Investor Relations and fundraising efforts in the Middle East. The position is designed for a technically strong, commercially aware professional who can manage investor engagement, support roadshows, and coordinate across internal teams.
This is a project management-heavy role with exposure to real assets across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to drive regional AUM growth and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investor roadshows: prepare materials, manage follow-ups, and coordinate logistics.
- Assist with client servicing, including responding to investor queries and managing documentation (e.g., tax memos).
- Conduct market research and prospecting across the GCC and broader MENA region.
- Join investor calls and meetings, acting as a trusted partner to the Head of IR.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather product and fund information.
- Help manage co-investments and SMAs across infrastructure, real estate, and credit.
- Track and report on investor engagement and pipeline development.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Investor Relations at a Global investment management firm
- Strong record of maintaining LP relations, client servicing, project management and building relationships both externally and internally
- Main asset classes will be Real Estate, Infrastructure and Credit in both the U.S. and Europe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong academic/technical background
