About Our Client:
Our client is a leading alternative investment fund with a strong focus on secondary market opportunities. With a team of seasoned professionals and a robust investment track record, the firm is expanding its focus in onshore business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between the fund and its investors, including insurance companies, family offices, and fund-of-funds (FoFs).
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor presentations.
- Manage ongoing investor communications, including quarterly reports, fund updates, and ad hoc requests.
- Coordinate investor due diligence processes and maintain data rooms.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams-investment, legal, and finance-to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform outreach strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Relationship Management, or related roles within private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
- Familiarity with RMB fund structures and operations.
- Strong network and experience working with institutional investors in China, particularly insurance companies, family offices, and FoFs.
- Bachelor's degree with distinction from a top-tier international university; advanced degrees or CFA designation are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
