Investment Banking Media Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis on the media and entertainment sector.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and pitch books for clients and senior management.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including drafting transaction documents and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
