Role Summary:
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for originating and executing complex transactions, building client relationships, and leading teams to deliver best-in-class advisory services. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in investment banking and a strong network across corporate and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and institutional investors
- Lead deal teams through all phases of transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy
- Provide mentor ship and leadership to junior bankers and support talent development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record of deal origination and execution
- Deep expertise in M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory
- Established network of corporate and financial sponsor relationships
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
