Comp: $350,000 base + competitive bonus and equity

Firm Overview:We are currently partnered with a full service middle market investment bank looking to further invest in Industrials focused Managing Directors. This firm is a private equity backed and extremely active with global outreach and offices across major US metropolitan. This is an opportunity to join an established platform but have the ability to build out a specialized sector coverage group under the broader Industrials team.
The Investment Banking MD should have:
- At least 10 years of middle market Investment Banking experience
- A specialized industry focus with Industrials (i.e. Manufacturing, Distribution, Paper/Packaging, Automotive Aftermarket, Industrial Technology, Construction, Building Products, etc.)
- Experience working with family/founder owned businesses
- Proven revenue generation of $1.5m plus
The Investment Banking MD will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing junior bankers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Industrials space
- Signing on engagements
- Building out a specialized subsector coverage group
