Role: Investment Banking Analyst

Overview: We are currently partnered with an Elite Boutique Boutique Investment Bank looking to add an Analyst to their growing deal team to cover engagements across a variety of sub-verticals within the Energy and Renewables space. You will have the chance to work with some of the best senior bankers in the market, gain strong deal experience, and set yourself up for meaningful, long-term growth opportunities.

This Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios. Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions.
• Get direct exposure to founders, family owned, and private equity backed industry leaders.
• Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1+ years in Investment Banking.
• Transaction experience across the energy, Oil and Gas, Renewables, or other relevant sectors.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and quickly implement feedback.
