Director of Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:

• Reports to executive leadership; provides strategic financial direction
• Oversees accounting, payroll, and financial operations
• Leads financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensures GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
• Manages cash flow, capital, and risk mitigation strategies

Director of Finance & Accounting Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA with public accounting experience
• 8+ years in finance/accounting
• 3+ years in leadership
