Role: Corporate Development Director

Location: HYBRID out of Houston, TX OR REMOTE

Compensation: $200k base + bonus

We're currently partnered with North America's largest manufacturer of exterior building products looking to add a Director of Corporate Development to their active deal team. You'll be at the forefront of M&A strategy, working directly with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact transactions. The Corporate Development Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of the corporate development lifecycle from target identification and valuation modeling to negotiation and integration.
  • Partnering with business unit leaders and functional teams to drive strategic M&A, joint ventures, and divestitures.
  • Presenting directly to executive leadership and the Board on pipeline activity, diligence findings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Building and managing relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and legal/tax advisors.
  • Develop and execute integration plans that ensure seamless transitions and long-term value creation.

The Corporate Development Director should have:

  • 7+ years of M&A experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
  • Proven track record in deal execution, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills; confident in the boardroom and collaborative in the trenches.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or building products is a plus.
